Email is the best way to contact the First Year Office. All general email inquiries will be answered within 1-2 business days. However, during peak periods the response time may be longer. During peak hours, phone calls may not be answered, so it is recommended that if you have an immediate concern, please drop by the office to talk to someone in person. Please bring your TCard or student number and identification.

Regular hours (September – June):
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Summer hours (July – August):
- Monday – Friday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Closed weekends and holidays.
