U of T Engineering’s Office of the Registrar and program departments work closely together in matters related to undergraduates:
- Enrolment and registration: Fall-Winter and Summer.
- Course timetables.
- Exam schedules and post-exam services.
- Student record management.
- Petitions and appeals.
- Graduation and convocation.
Transcripts are available through the Transcript Centre.
Admissions Office, Scholarships & Financial Aid Office & First Year Office
The Engineering Undergraduate Admissions Office and Scholarships & Financial Aid Office are also located within the Office of the Registrar. The First Year Office offers academic advising to first-year students, while the Engineering Undergraduate Admissions manages the admissions process, transfer credits, financial aid and OSAP distribution.
