About the Registrar’s Office

Don MacMillan, Faculty Registrar, and students in Bahen Building.U of T Engineering’s Office of the Registrar and program departments work closely together in matters related to undergraduates:

Transcripts are available through the Transcript Centre.

Admissions Office, Scholarships & Financial Aid Office & First Year Office

The Engineering Undergraduate Admissions Office and Scholarships & Financial Aid Office are also located within the Office of the Registrar. The First Year Office offers academic advising to first-year students, while the Engineering Undergraduate Admissions manages the admissions process, transfer credits, financial aid and OSAP distribution.

Throughout the year, the Office of the Registrar sends important notices to students via their official U of T email addresses. As such, students are expected to check their email accounts on a regular information for information, deadlines and updates.
