U of T Engineering's Office of the Registrar and program departments work closely together in matters related to undergraduate students:

Transcripts are available through the Transcript Centre.
Admissions Office, Scholarships & Financial Aid Office & First Year Office
The Engineering Undergraduate Admissions Office and Scholarships & Financial Aid Office are also located within the Office of the Registrar. The First Year Office offers academic advising to first-year students, while the Engineering Undergraduate Admissions manages the admissions process, transfer credits, financial aid and OSAP distribution.

Throughout the year, the Office of the Registrar sends students important notices via their official U of T email. As such, students are expected to check their email accounts regularly for information, deadlines and updates.
