The U of T Engineering Registrar's Office works closely with program departments to ensure that undergraduate engineering students receive the support they need to succeed.
The Registrar's Office supports students in matters relating to:
- Enrolment and Registration: Fall-Winter and Summer
- Course Timetables
- Exams and Post-Exam Services
- Scholarships and Financial Aid
- Student Records
- Petitions and Appeals
Transcripts are available through Transcript Services.
First Year Office, Admissions Office and Scholarships & Financial Aid Office
The First Year Office, Engineering Undergraduate Admissions Office and Scholarships & Financial Aid Office are also within the Registrar's Office (GB157). The First Year Office (GB 170) offers academic advising to first-year students. While the Engineering Undergraduate Admissions and Scholarships & Financial Aid Offices manage the admissions process, transfer credits, financial aid and OSAP distribution.

The Registrar's Office is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Email inquiries will be answered within 3 to 5 business days. During peak periods, the response times may take longer. Please note that phone calls may not be answered during peak hours if the student services representatives are assisting with in-person inquiries.
