Output Check
If the application you are printing from has a "Print Preview" feature, use it to review your output before sending it to the printer; or select the "Print to file" or "Save to PDF" option so you can preview the document before sending it to a printer.
Duplex Printing
Duplex enables printing on both sides of a page, reducing your paper costs.
Set the "duplex" or "two-sided" option in the printing dialog.
Multiple Pages or Sheets
Set "Pages per sheet" in the printing dialog to a number larger than 1 to place multiple pages on each sheet of paper.
