The U of T Engineering Registrar's Office works closely with program departments in matters related to undergraduate students to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
The Registrar's Office supports students through the following services:
- Enrolment and Registration: Fall-Winter and Summer
- Course Timetables
- Exam Schedules and Post-Exam Services
- Student Record management
- Student Name and Gender Change on academic records and ACORN. Please submit to registrar@engineering.utoronto.ca.

Transcripts are available through Transcript Services.
Admissions Office, Scholarships & Financial Aid Office and First Year Office
The Engineering Undergraduate Admissions Office and Scholarships & Financial Aid Office manage the admissions process, transfer credits, financial aid and OSAP distribution. These offices are also located within the Registrar's Office in GB 157.
The First Year Office is located in FI 106 and offers academic advising to first-year students for a successful transition into U of T Engineering.

Throughout the year, the Registrar's Office sends students important notices via their U of T email. As such, students are expected to check their email accounts regularly for information, deadlines and updates.
