Late Return to Campus Form

The start of term is still one month away, and it is still possible to make travel plans to arrive in Canada and quarantine as necessary. If you cannot be on St. George campus for the start of the 2021 Fall Term due to exceptional, extenuating circumstances related to COVID-19 (i.e., travel restrictions or delays, illness, etc.), you must complete the Late Return to Campus Form, which will be located in the Engineering Student Portal on August 9, 2021.

In advance of completing the form, please ensure you have detailed information regarding your travel and quarantine plans ready, if applicable, as well as any other supporting documentation. The Late Return to Campus Form will be available until September 1, 2021.

Timetables

Your timetable should now be available to view in ACORN. First-year schedules cannot be rearranged for personal preferences. However, if religious, medical, Varsity athletic, or other important accommodations need to be made, we will work to accommodate your request. We will provide instructions on how you can request timetable changes in next week’s News Feed. Please note that there may be some further changes to your timetable in the coming weeks as our scheduling team works optimize schedules.

*Not 100% certain which courses you should be enrolled in? Your courses are listed by program in the Guide to First Year and in the Faculty’s Academic Calendar (in the “Engineering Programs” section).

A-Levels Results

If you are an A-level student, please upload a copy of your provisional results to the Applicant Portal as soon as they become available, in order for us to confirm you have met your admission conditions. If you are required to submit an official copy of your results, the Engineering Undergraduate Admissions Office will contact you regarding
their submission.

For all other students who have not yet submitted their final results, please upload an unofficial copy of your results to the Applicant Portal as soon as possible and make arrangements to have your official results sent to the Engineering Undergraduate Admissions Office.
