Thriving after PEY Co-op (TAP) for Success is a series of skill-building, mindset-shifting workshops designed to support students returning from PEY Co-op in successfully reintegrating into academic life, developing focused study habits, and drawing connections between their work experiences and their current curriculum. These workshops will:

  • Help students rebuild study habits and routines after returning from PEY Co-op
  • Reignite motivation by linking academics to career goals
  • Improve focus, time management, and cognitive endurance
  • Build a Community of Practice to foster peer support and shared strategies.

Participation is voluntary, and students are welcome to pick and choose the workshops most relevant to their academic transition.
