The U of T Engineering Registrar's Office works closely with program departments to ensure that undergraduate engineering students receive the support they need to succeed.
The Registrar's Office supports students in matters relating to:
- Enrolment and Registration: Fall-Winter and Summer
- Course Timetables
- Exams and Post-Exam Services
- Scholarships and Financial Aid
- Student Records
- Transfers
- Re-Enrolment
- Petitions and Appeals
- Graduation
Transcripts are available through Transcript Services.
First Year Office, Admissions Office and Scholarships & Financial Aid Office
The Engineering Undergraduate Admissions Office and Scholarships & Financial Aid Office are also within the Registrar's Office (GB 157). They manage the admissions process, transfer credits, financial aid and OSAP distribution. The First Year Office (FI 106) works closely with the Registrar's Office and offers academic advising to first-year students.

The Registrar's Office is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Email inquiries will be answered within 3 to 5 business days. During peak periods, the response times may take longer. Please note that phone calls may not be answered during peak hours if the student services representatives are assisting with in-person inquiries.
Throughout the year, the Registrar's Office sends important notices to students. Students are expected to check their email for information, deadlines and updates regularly. You can also stay updated through the Registrar's Office Instagram @uofteng_registrar.
