In this workshop\, explore the essentials of crafting a plan to prepare for exams that is both flexible and effective. \n\nIdentify key principles to prioritize studying and other academic tasks\nDevelop a flexible and efficient study schedule that incorporates evidence-based strategies\, such as interleaving and spaced practice\nExplore realistic ways to maintain a healthy study plan\n\nThis workshop will be held online on Zoom. \n\nLive captioning is available.\nInteractive activities may include online polling apps and the chat feature.\nThe session will not be recorded.
