The presentation will help you to understand the first-year experience and your next steps as a new student. Academic Advisors will also be available to answer any questions you may have. International students and newcomers to Canada can also explore the great E-Buddy program content on the First Year Hub!\n \nPlease register for the event here.\n \nLocation: BA1190 (40 St. George St.)\n \n  \n1:10–2 p.m. and 2:10–3 p.m. PEY Co-op Information Sessions\nThe Engineering Career Centre (ECC) is excited to invite you to an in-person information session for the Professional Experience Year (PEY) Co-op program. All students in first year who are registered in the PEY Co-op program and those who want to learn more about the program are encouraged and invited to attend. \nRegistration is required to attend this event as seating is limited. \n\nRegister for the 1:10-2:00 p.m. session\nRegister for the 2:10-3:00 p.m. session\n\n  \n30-min sessions at 1 p.m.\, 1:30 p.m.\, 2 p.m.\, and 2:30 p.m.  Frosh MYFab Workshop  \n Come to MYFab for a 30-minute hands-on exploration of the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering makerspace. You will be able to build two alternative models: a 3D printed model of a Minecraft creeper or a laser-cut phone holder. Staff will briefly introduce the space and its resources at the beginning of each session.  \nRegister through MYFab Central Booking and select “FROSH MyFab activity sign up.”   \nCapacity: 20 students.
