It could be that perfectionism may be holding you back\, which can also lead to burnout\, depression and anxiety. \nThis workshop will encourage you to self-reflect and consider asking yourself: What if you give yourself a sense of validation and achievement? What if you take more meaningful risks? What if you can start and submit that paper on time? \nJoin this psycho-educational workshop that removes the barriers to your academic and personal success\, and will empower you to: \n\nBetter understand how perfectionism keeps your goals out of reach.\nIdentify thoughts and behaviours related to perfectionism and learn tools to overcome them.
