Feeling too busy or stressed as a university student to sleep properly? Come learn about what you can do to improve your sleep and feel more rested and refreshed.

This workshop is facilitated by:

  • Brenda Brouwer, Registered Nurse

This session will be held on the Blackboard Collaborate platform and all University of Toronto students are welcome to attend. Please note that there is a maximum of 40 participants in this session, so register soon!
