We invite you to our Faculty’s next Open Discussion on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion on Tuesday, March 3, from 12-2 p.m. in GB202.
Lunch will be provided so if you plan to attend please register here. If you are not able to attend for the full discussion, that is fine you are welcome to join the conversation whenever your schedule allows.
This month’s topic: More and more we are seeing events and services being offered that are promoted for specific communities on campus. At this Open Discussion we’ll be working together to navigate the differences between targeted community events vs exclusionary practices.
We hope to see you all at this event, but if you are unable to join us for this conversation and have suggestions on topics for future conversations or ways in which we can improve our Faculty with respect to equity, diversity, and inclusion, you can submit your suggestions and feedback to the Faculty’s Engineering Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Action Group (EEDIAG) online on our webpage: https://uoft.me/EngEDI (scroll down to find the online form).
