Do you experience periods of panic, sadness, or frustration that overwhelm you and prevent you from being effective in your day-to-day life? Do you find yourself acting according to your emotions or getting stuck in uncomfortable emotions?

This workshop focuses on identifying emotions and then skills to address emotion-driven behaviours that may make the situation worse and/or maintain unwanted emotions.
