If you’re having trouble coping with the demands of university life, or even regular, everyday situations, this workshop is right for you!

Do you experience periods of panic, sadness, or frustration that overwhelm you and prevent you from being effective in your day-to-day life? Do you find yourself acting according to your emotions or getting stuck in uncomfortable emotions?

The “Managing Emotions” workshop focuses on identifying emotions and the skills necessary to address emotion-driven behaviours that may make the situation worse and/or maintain unwanted emotions.
