COVID-19 has many of us worried. You may be anxious about your finances, struggling to find motivation, or may just have difficulty connecting with friends and family. You are not alone.
To support you, Health & Wellness is re-launching our peer-to-peer support group, where you can find advice, community, and someone to hear you out.
Attend the Peer Support and Poetry for Self-Care workshop to:
- Explore diverse ways of getting support and promoting well-being, including poetry and Peer Support.
- Take part in a poetry workshop hosted by Ronna Bloom (a poet, registered psychotherapist, and author of six books of poetry).
While the Community Support Group offers short term peer-to-peer support, you can find ongoing peer support with Health & Wellness’ new Peer Support Program. Learn more and get connected here.
Mental health is about choices, it’s about finding resources that work for you.
