The purpose of this workshop is to learn strategies to promote and build positive mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Participants will learn coping strategies, share insights, and discover the mental health resources that are available to them.

By attending this webinar, participants will:

  • Increase their knowledge of coping strategies to maintain mental wellness.
  • Engage in an online environment that connects participants and provides an opportunity to share experiences.
  • Increase their knowledge of mental health resources available to them on- and off-campus.
